I’m Erin Wright, Executive Chef and proud owner of Towns End Tavern, and I wanted to personally share a bit about what makes our place so special. Since we opened our doors in 2019, my mission has been simple: to bring the best of Kansas-raised beef, a passion for great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the heart of Sharon Springs.

As someone who’s spent years honing my skills in the kitchen, I’ve always believed that the foundation of a great meal is high-quality ingredients. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to offering hand-cut steaks and gourmet burgers made with USDA Prime, Kansas-raised beef. Every dish we serve is crafted with care to ensure it’s packed with flavor, from the first bite to the last.
